• We offer double, triple, quadruple and quintuple rooms.
• All rooms have their own bathroom.
• Note:
  Prices are quoted per person per night, depending on the length of stay and the guests’ age.
  In case of partial room occupancy, a fixed surcharge of €15 per unused bed per night will be added to cover cleaning, energy, and guest comfort costs.
• We offer a 30% discount on ski mountaineering equipment rental.

• Check-in from 4:00 pm
• Check-out until 10:00 am
• Payments on site are only possible in cash, ideally in euros.
• The city tax is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid separately on site.
• Adults: €1.90 / night
• Children up to 16 years: €0.80 / night

Accommodation deposits

• per person – 30 % of the total amount of accommodation
• from 4 rooms – 40 % of the total price of the accommodation
• for the whole guesthouse – 50% of the total amount of accommodation

The accommodation deposit is payable within 3 days of booking. During this period, we guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation fees

• 15 days or more before arrival – cancellation fee 20% of the deposit
• 14 and less days before arrival – cancellation fee full deposit
• in case of change of date – cancellation fee 20% of the deposit
